Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the continental U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We use reliable 3rd-party freight carriers for delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 2-5 days. Transit times are typically 10-15 days, with remote areas possibly taking longer. Expect slight delays during peak seasons like Black Friday and the holidays.

How do I track my shipment?

Use our chat window's "Track My Order" feature. We'll also email you all relevant shipping details once your order is dispatched.

How will I receive my order?

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery. An adult signature is required. Small items like remotes ship via USPS or FedEx without a signature.

Can I change a confirmed delivery day or window?

Try contacting us if there's time. If the delivery is imminent, it's better to directly contact the carrier that scheduled your delivery.

Can I postpone my delivery?

You may request a delay from the carrier, but they might charge storage fees to us and we may need to reflect them.

What if I miss my delivery?

The carrier will reschedule, though re-delivery fees may apply. Please contact us or the carrier to avoid these fees.

What if I receive a damaged shipment?

Accept the shipment to avoid return shipping fees. Contact us immediately for a resolution. We'll provide parts or a complete replacement based on the situation. Again, accept the initial shipment because you may still need it when you receive the se
